Formulae for positioning Invisible
Lock plate C - Catapult+
Overlay doors
This formula is based on a storage unit with an overlay door. Allow for any gaps to ensure positioning is as accurate as possible. The lock plate is positioned at a depth of 54 mm minus any gaps.
First, find out the fixed dimensions X1 = Board thickness of side panel
Y1 = Board thickness of top panel.
X = X1 + 12 = .......
Y ≥ Y1 + 6 = .......
Y2 = Y - Y1 + 6 = .......
Exempel: X1 = 16 mm och Y1 = 12 mm
Positioning of Flexlock
X = 16 (=X1) + 12 = 28 mm
Y = 12 (=Y1) + 6 = 18 mm
Positioning of lock plate
Depth = 54 mm - any gaps
Y2 = 18 (=Y) – 12 (=Y1) + 6 = 12 mm

Inset doors
This formula is based on a storage unit with an inset door. Allow for any gaps to ensure positioning is as accurate as possible.

First, find out the following dimensions:
X1 and Y1 = gaps along the horizontal and vertical axis, respectively.
Z1 = Board thickness of door.
Y = Your own choice of vertical positioning of Flexlock (must be more than 5 mm).
X = 12 - X1 = .......
Y > 5 = .......
Y2 = Y + Y1 + 6 = .......
Z = Z1 +54 = ......
Exempel: X1 = 1 mm. Y1 = 1 mm. Y = 10 mm. Z1 = 16 mm
Positioning of Flexlock
Y = 10 mm
X = 12 – 1 (=X1) = 11 mm
Positioning of lock plate
Y2 = 10 (=Y) + 1 (=Y1) + 12,5 = 17 mm
Z = 16 (=Z1) + 54 = 49 mm
