Get started with Flexlock

Welcome to Flexlock.

During the installation, you should have received two different administration cards that are specifically linked to your system and your lock; a green Programming Card and yellow Service Card. These should be stored in a secure place and made generally available to people in your organisation as they give unauthorised access to your Flexlock system as well as the ability to open all of your locks. Your Flexlock locks are either programmed as PRIVATE (Assigned) or PUBLIC with or without a 12 hour or 2 hour timer.

  • The lock is open. The first user to present their card to lock takes over the locker until they open it again.

Batteries

Your Flexlock is battery-powered. Its normal use life is up to three years. When the battery to starts to die, the lock will give a warning beep every time you lock it. When the battery is completely empty (around 1-2 months after the first warning signal), the lock will automatically open and stop working. You will need to replace the batteries.
We recommend using Flexlock batteries that are specially designed for your locks to work as best as they can.
